Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical Mandatory Skills:

·        Working Knowledge on Application Operations such as System Monitoring, Application Monitoring, Interface Monitoring & Message Monitoring

·        Working experience on ChaRM Configuration

·        Sound Knowledge on Process Management and Test Suite

·        At least One End to End implementation Project experience of Solution Manager 7.2

Good to Have skills:

·        Business process operations configuration with BPMON,

·        Focused Run

·        Standard Root Cause Analysis configuration

·        CCLM, SEA, BPCA and DVM

·        SAP Cloud ALM

Soft skills:

·        Ability to handle customer independently

·        Ability to communicate fluently in English and present ideas independently  

·        Flexible to adapt with the Project timelines
