1. Strong in Ruby concepts

3. Strong hands on experience with Ruby design patterns, Gems
4. Understanding of DevOps concepts
5. Good understanding of Oracle DB
6. Good to have JRuby experience
7. Good to have cloud exposure
8. Good to have experience in Javascript frameworks like ExtJS
9. Well versed in Agile
