Job Description:

Are you passionate about business and tech strategy , deployment and project management ? We are looking for a highly driven technical project manager to lead Strategic Scrums and Program Management for the founder's office.

Experience & Skills

• Clear understanding and proven execution with Agile and Scrum Project Management processes, strategies and methods (certification preferred )

• Exceptional stakeholder management and verbal & written communication

• Eye of detail with the ability to navigate challenges independently

• Proactive with strong ownership with the ability to balance quality, time sensitivity and business goals with a logical and data-driven approach to quickly and creatively solve problems

• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

Roles & Responsibilities

• Setup cross-functional customer and product journey discovery sessions

• Work with the strategy, business, product, operations teams to plan sprints, resource allocation and feature release cycles

• Drive product development scrums, sprint planning and stand-ups

• Monitor project/product progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports with measurable KPIs, milestones and deliverables

• Anticipate risks, create alternate POAs and present mitigation plans where necessary to keep product releases on track

• Ensure delivery of time, quality and business goals related to every project

• Plan and drive cross-functional meetings to discuss updates and ideas

• Coordinate daily activities for successful completion of projects with external and internal stakeholder tasks management
