Operations Manager – Pune, Looking for someone who can able to handle the whole operations in Pune, Mainly preferred candidates from COGOs and those who currently live in Pune and has good customer contact

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 5 – 10 Yrs.

CTC: 6 – 10 LPA

Job Role:

·        Need to handle the ops team and get daily updates on the ops part

·        Need to monitor the daily wise business operations

·        Ensure the smoothening of operations

·        Should have good no.of vendors or transporters contact

·        Need to ensure the vehicle placement as per the sales team's requirements

·        Need to interact with customers at regular intervals and need act as per their feedback and suggestion

Skills required

·        Must possess good communication skills, with emphasis on the ability to effectively produce and distribute information across different units within and outside the firm

·        Good leadership qualities are of utmost importance

·        Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also to lead a team when the opportunity arises

·        Excellent analytical skills

·        Good time management abilities

·        Good negotiation skills and excellent decision-making ability

·        Good customer service skills to be able to maintain/retain existing customers

·        Good interpersonal skills are also important

·        Any degree 

·        Knowledge of the procedures and modes of transportation for moving goods

·        Basic computer knowledge

·        Knowledge of basic customer service procedures

·        

6-9 years of working experience in a similar role or capacity (Will prefer a candidate from a competitor i.e. COGOS, MOVe, WINGS, ZINGO, Lets Transport, Blow horn, truck guru,)

·        Good in ownership
