Client Requirements:

 

• Seats to acquire: 5 (One in each Location)

• Location- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad.

• Salary Range – 3 Lacs to 6 Lacs (negotiable for right candidate if good experience)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to build pipeline.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

• Drive the new Business for Forex products directly by actively managing the sales process i.e. lead generation, Scheduling meetings, explaining the product, negotiation and closing.

• To achieve the set business targets by Sourcing New clients, Cross selling, Up Selling, Reference selling etc.,

• To maintain and manage Client expectations and resolve their Concern/ issues in agreed time frames. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

• Exploring opportunities of potential through intense market rese arch.

• Prepare sales forecast and determine sales activity goals required for attainment of assigned targets

• Understand local market extensively and adjust sales strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

• Adhere to the sales plan to achieve said quota and participate in periodical reviews with reporting supervisor.

• As a part of our sales team, you'll win new business, you'll target bringing in new business from midmarket segment.

 

 

Skill Sets Required:

 

• Education: MBA (Sales / Marketing) from a reputed college

• Fresher or at least 1-2 years in sales selling service

• Strong B2B selling experience.

• Effective communication, negotiation and personal grooming

• Ability to connect and have engaging conversations with CEO's/CXO's etc.

• Ability to articulate well and convert passive clients into business deal ls.

• Industry preference – Forex / Money Exchange /Banks Or Financial Institutions
