Job Title: Key Accounts Executive

Location: Bhiwandi, Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Key Account Executive (KAE) will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with our key clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and food service providers. The KAM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to grow revenue and market share within the egg industry.


Key Responsibilities include:

Account Management:

o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts. o Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs and inquiries. o Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.


Sales and Revenue Growth:

o Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop plans to capitalize on them. o Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and align them with our product offerings. o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.


Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to each client. o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. o Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance our market positioning.


Collaboration and Coordination:

o Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure seamless service delivery.

o Coordinate with production teams to manage supply and demand effectively. o Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.


Reporting and Analysis:

o Track and report on sales performance metrics, account health, and market trends. o Prepare regular updates and presentations for management. o Analyze account data to identify areas for improvement and growth.


Candidate Skills & Qualifications :

✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Key Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the egg or broader agricultural industry.

✓ Strong understanding of the egg industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and supply chain logistics.

✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

✓ Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.

✓ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

✓ Willingness to travel as needed.
