•   Working hours: 09:30 AM to 18:30 PM (fix shift)

Key Responsibilities

•        Advise present or prospective clients by answering inbound & outbound calls.

•        Provide comprehensive and accurate information of Ugaoo’s services.

•        Address customer queries/complaints with empathy and provide quick and effective resolution as per company policies.

•        Coordinate with BD team to ensure site/project visits are made.

•        Will be responsible to ensure customer happiness.

•        Ensure you are there with the customer every step of the way.

Requirements:

•Minimum 1-2 year of experience in relevant field (telecalling/telesales)

•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

•Outstanding customer service skiI|s and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.

•Must be energetic, positive, flexible, and proactive with a natural sense of curiosity, a can-do attitude and the desire to make work fun!
