Roles & Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• ● Work with cash-flow, behavioural and traditional bureau datasets.
• ● Regular analysis of the behavioural and cash-flow data to identify the trends and patterns in the data
• ● Create monitoring frameworks to track product performance and approvals in loan journeys.
• ● Develop and track key metrics to measure and monitor risk products performance.
• ● Effectively communicate insights and portfolio trends to drive the team towards goals.

• Primary Requirements (Must-have):
• ● Strong knowledge of and experience with Python /R and statistical techniques.
• ● Ability to handle, analyse and visualize large Datasets
• ● Keen on problem solving and aptitude for learning.
• ● Education in Engineering, Math, Statistics or equivalent experience
• ● You must have 1-4 years of experience in data analytics/ business analytics /
• decision analytics

• Preferred Qualifications:
• ● Previous experience in fintechs/ consultancies
• ● Knows any programming language
• ● Framework(s) approach to problem solving and ability to break down broader
• problem statements to hypothesis and validate
• ● Knowledge of Statistical models

• The team is responsible for conceptualizing and productionization of the policy decision making, user onboarding at CreditVidya which are key to CreditVidya’s embedded lending business. We are among the few teams in the Indian fintech space who have successfully implemented large-scale ML and DL models and have the pride of having its own patented technology.
