Job Description:

Prioritize requirements from various internal stakeholders.

Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders.

Assess change-proposals and define solutions for system changes.

Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change.

Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.

Work with training team to document system scenarios and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management/training plan.

Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the technology functionality testing team.

Requirements:

5+ Years of experience of analyzing business requirements.

In depth experience of analyzing information, market feedback and preparing a plan of action with internal stake holders.

Successful transformation of business for startup companies.

Good Understanding of channelizing information and converting them to business requirements and coordinating with various stake holders and departments for implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of data science and algorithms preferred.

Fulltime MBA from a reputed institute.
