Work Mode: Work from Office (Shift 8am -5pm)

• Requirements:

1. **BigFix Deployment and Configuration:** Deploy, configure, and maintain BigFix infrastructure, including servers, agents, and relays, to manage endpoints effectively.

2. **Patch Management:** Develop and execute patch management strategies to ensure the timely and secure deployment of patches and updates across all endpoints.

3. **Security Compliance:** Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards using BigFix to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment.

4. **Endpoint Management:** Manage and troubleshoot endpoints, including Windows and Linux servers and workstations, ensuring their stability and security.

5. **Scripting and Automation:** Create and maintain custom scripts and automation tasks within BigFix to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency.

6. **Reporting and Analysis:** Generate reports and perform analysis on endpoint data to identify vulnerabilities, compliance issues, and performance trends.

7. **Incident Response:** Assist in incident response activities, including investigating and remediating security incidents on managed endpoints.

8. **Documentation:** Maintain accurate documentation of BigFix configurations, procedures, and best practices.

9. **Collaboration:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of IT security and compliance objectives with broader business goals.
