Human Resources (HR)

Job Profile:

  • Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on different functions of HR in a Manufacturing Industry (i.e Talent Acquisition, Time Office, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement etc.).
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
  • Work with stakeholders on internal HR communication.

Skills and other requirements:

  • Must be a full-time MBA graduates with a specialization in HR
  • Must be well versed with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Experience in Content writing, preparing creatives/banners will be an added advantage
  • Should be a quick learner
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
