Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Duties and Responsibilities of APO consultant:

 

1.    Should be able to handle APO independently

2.    APO with IBP knowledge is preferrable

3.    Analyze and resolve problem incidents and Service requests independently within the SLA Period

4.    Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions

5.    Expertise in APO processes & configuration

6.    Strong knowledge in DP and SNP

7.    Would be able to handle CR

8.    Conduct Unit tests, Integration tests and system Integration tests

9.    Integration with non-SAP systems

10.  Knowledge in Interfaces: Idoc AIF, RFC interfaces

11.  Preparation of Impact Analysis for new Z developments

12.  Extended support for month end activities

13.  Customer interactions with good communication skill

14.  Documentation (User manual, Functional specification)
