MBA from a reputed Institute +/- Industrial / Production Engineering from a reputed Engineering College

Essential Skill Sets Required

1. Should have a great entrepreneurial zeal and a passion to build grounds up bits.
2. Should possess a prior project/B2B services sales experience 
3. Should be highly process oriented and drive a team to document and adhere to laid down systems.
4. Should have the ability to represent Co. at relevant forums, and seek out and connect with decision-makers.
5. Should be adept at the use of technology to improvise day-to-day working.
6. Should have experience of 10-12 years. Prior exposure to warehouse management shall be an added advantage.

Prime Responsibilities of Job

1.      To ensure the rapid growth of our 3PL (warehousing) services.

2.      To drive the team against pre-determined targets and ensure rapid expansion.

3.      To hire talent both for back-end operations and biz. growth as the biz. expands

4.      To establish a formidable online brand presence for City Link fulfillment solutions

5.      To expand the back-end operations to multiple cities while creating avenues for biz. growth.

6.      To ensure consummation of all contracts/transactions….billing & collecting within a specified period.
