The ideal candidate will be goal driven and have a strong desire to succeed. This is a full-time position with good salary and benefits. It requires the ability to talk to people on a regular basis by phone. It also requires doing all the necessary screening by asking questions, determining the quality of the answers and asking follow up questions. The recruiter should have excellent organizational and communication skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned targets.
Responsibilities
· Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
· Conduct interviews via phone or online.
· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
· Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
Qualifications
· 2-3 years of experience working as a recruiter specially in IT and software development
· Effective communication skills
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Experience working with Microsoft Office.
· Data Management
