Job Description:

The Senior Software Engineer (SSE) is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of software systems. The SSE will work closely with the key stakeholders, including Technical Architect, Senior developer(s), Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Client team to understand business needs and build them into software solutions. The SSE may also work closely with other engineering/cross-functional teams to understand resolving technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

●                   Designing and developing high-quality mobile apps using Flutter technology for both Android and Apple platforms.

●                   Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to ensure smooth and timely delivery of mobile app features and enhancements.

●                   Conducting code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and maintainability.

●                   Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the mobile app development space, and incorporating them into the company's mobile app development process.

●                   Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers on the team, ensuring they adhere to best practices and quality standards.

●                   Participating in the product roadmap planning process, providing technical insights and recommendations to the product management team.

●                   Proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges, risks, and roadblocks that may impact the delivery of mobile app features.

●                   Maintaining clear and concise documentation of code, processes, and procedures for effective knowledge sharing within the team

Qualification and Expected Skill Set:

●                  BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree with good academic records

●                  4+ years of extensive experience in mobile app development, with a focus on Flutter and Dart programming language.

●                  Strong knowledge of Android and iOS app development, including familiarity with app store guidelines and requirements.

●                  Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA testers.

●                  Experience with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies.

●                  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical issues.

●                  Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers, providing guidance and feedback to improve their skills and productivity.

●                  Familiarity with automated testing and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

●                  Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

●                  Knowledge of NetSuite, SuiteScript and API are a plus.
