Skills & Qualifications:

● Job Role: Asst. Vice President - Finance

● Qualification: CA / CA Inter / CFA / CMA / ICWA

● Total Experience: Minimum 10 years, experience in NBFC preferred.

● Key Skills:

○ Ability to forecast financial statements in accordance with IND-AS norms.

○ Conversant with the prudential norms/ accounting guidelines of RBI for NBFCs

○ Effective team player and a natural leader

○ Able to present ideas with conviction.

Responsibilities:

● Drive company’s financial planning

● Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.

● Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.

● Prepare various financial statements/ quarterly balance sheets and monthly reports

● Statutory liability calculations and filing of returns for Advance Tax, GST, TDS

● ECL projections/ computations as per the regulatory regime

● and Prepare Account receivable and Account payable outstanding.

● Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
