Mission

The   position will be inserted into the Product Solutions Business Unit with the aim to support the growth of Software solutions business line for Asia, including Cloud based services.

o  Leveraging on CRIF products, Competence centers and Global IT, the Product/Project Manager will be responsible of assigned Solutions, from business requirements definition to Release, coordinating the internal project team and interacting with External resources.

o  The Product/Project Manager will also be involved in presales and new products design.

o  The position will be based in Pune, with frequent travel in India and  possible travel in South East Asia and Middle East.

• A 2 to 4 weeks training period in Europe or US may be required

o  Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation within CRIF Standards

Necessary Knowledge and Requirements

o  University degree in Engineering, Computer science, Economy; Master in Project Management is a plus

o  5+ years’ experience in the role of business analysis, business process management, project management

o  Solid Knowledge of banking processes, with particular focus on consumer and/or SME credit

o  Flexibility and ability in working on multiple projects at once, being able to revise, if necessary, fixed priorities, work under time pressure when needed;

o  Capability to gain respect, build trust and develop good relationships with clients at operational management level;

o  Entrepreneurial approach, results orientation. Very strong problem solving skills

o  Fluent knowledge of English language

o  Experience in major credit management solutions (Loan origination Systems, Loan Management, Collection management systems, decision engines,..) is a relevant plus.
