- Skill: Desktop Management
- Roles & Responsibilities: Need to support for technical troubleshooting, change requests, and incident management for the customer's Microsoft Managed Desktop environment.

- Experience: 1 Year to 2 years
- Communication: Should be good as the resource needs to communicate with US based clients.
