Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Tele Sales Executive for a full-time position located in Faridabad, South Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in telesales or related fields. This role involves engaging with customers to promote and sell our QUBA home appliance products, driving customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in tele sales, sales, or a similar sales environment.
  • Proficiency in telecommunication techniques and proven track record in sales conversions.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and effectively meet client requirements.
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion, showcasing strong engagement skills. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to persuasively articulate product benefits.
  • Understanding of sales & marketing processes with the ability to implement them efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, displaying empathy and customer focus.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Understand and promote the features and benefits of QUBA home appliance products.
  • Convert customer inquiries into sales, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer engagements, feedback, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat engagement.
  • Analyze market competition and provide insights to improve sales tactics and product offerings.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure satisfied customer experience and retention.
