Quash is an AI-powered QA automation leader, committed to eliminating flaky mobile-app releases. Through intelligent automation, it scopes out testing requirements, defines test cases, writes automation scripts and executes them. Role Overview

Think mini–chief-of-staff meets growth hacker. One day you’ll automate outbound with GPT scripts; the next you’ll sprint across town to collect event merch, vet a food vendor, or screen the next engineering hire. If it unblocks the founders, it’s your project.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Growth: Spin up lead lists, craft LLM-tested email sequences, build LinkedIn carousels.
• Ops & Vendor Management: Confirm print jobs, chase invoices, negotiate with venue & catering partners for meet-ups.
• People & Hiring: Draft JDs, run first-round calls, coordinate interviews, keep the ATS clean.
• Market & Competitive Intel: Map the mobile-QA space, price models, and AI tooling shifts; present insights weekly.
• Automation & Reporting: Stitch HubSpot ↔ Sheets ↔ Slack via Zapier/Apps Script; deliver funnel dashboards.
• Everything Else: Investor research decks, sprint retro notes, travel logistics—whatever keeps velocity high.

Required Qualifications

• Side-project or campus-leadership track record that screams bias-for-action.
• Comfort with data (basic SQL, pivot tables) and with on-the-ground hustle.
• Writing that converts—can jump from technical explainer to punchy DM.
• Curiosity about dev-tools, mobile QA, and how AI is reshaping software teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running community or paid campaigns for a tech product.
• Exposure to GitHub, Postman, or any developer workflow (even hobby-level).

Working Environment

Fast, messy, metric-driven. You’ll sit next to founders, juggle IC work and ad-hoc ops, and see impact in days—not quarters.
