Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR & Recruitment Executive to join our team at Quantum Innovations. As an HR & Recruitment Executive, you will play a key role in attracting, screening, and selecting qualified individuals to join our organization. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, with a required experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
Mean time, the candidate should good knowledge about the VLSI and Embedded companies to place our trained candidates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR & Recruitment Executive or similar role for 1 to 3 years
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in the education and services industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Post job openings on various platforms and attract a diverse pool of talented candidates
- Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, and assist in conducting face-to-face interviews
- Perform reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate offers and finalize employment agreements
- Implement and continuously improve recruitment systems and processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
