Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team at Quantum Innovations. As a Front Office Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, with an employment type of 'Full-Time'. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or in a similar role
- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printer, scanner)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Provide basic and accurate information to clients and visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
- Assist in making travel arrangements and hotel bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
- Perform other related duties as assigned
