Job Description: ServiceNow Testing Lead
Experience Level: 5+ years
Job Location: Remote
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Testing Lead to oversee and enhance our testing processes for ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow testing, quality assurance methodologies, and leadership experience. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the testing strategy and execution for ServiceNow projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define test cases and test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow testing tools and frameworks.
- Manage the testing lifecycle, including planning, design, execution, and reporting of test activities.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and team members.
- Ensure compliance with testing best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct regular testing reviews and retrospective sessions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and industry trends to enhance testing practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow applications.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including ITSM and CSM.
- Proficient in testing methodologies, both manual and automated.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other testing tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- ServiceNow certification (e.g., CSA, CAD) is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
