Job Description: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow CSM module development, implementation, and customization, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of CSM functionalities, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and create new modules as needed.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain integration with other systems and applications.
  • Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of CSM applications.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow CSM issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and best practices to ensure the optimal use of the platform.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on the CSM module.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and development best practices.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST, SOAP).
  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices and frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow CSM certification is a plus.
