About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) module to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in implementing and enhancing GRC processes and solutions within ServiceNow. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth execution and optimization of GRC workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document GRC requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with ServiceNow developers and architects for implementation.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Management, etc.) based on business needs.
  • Develop detailed functional specifications for ServiceNow GRC solutions and participate in testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of GRC modules with other ServiceNow applications (e.g., Incident Management, Change Management, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the ServiceNow GRC platform.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure proper risk, compliance, and audit processes are in place and continuously improved.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirements, design, and test cases.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and optimize existing workflows and processes.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide end-user support as needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with at least 3 years focused on the GRC module (Risk, Compliance, Policy & Audit Management).
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow GRC capabilities and modules including Risk Management, Audit Management, and Policy & Compliance Management.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, delivering solutions in iterative sprints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Good knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks, with an understanding of how they integrate into ServiceNow GRC.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in writing use cases, user stories, and test cases.
  • Ability to perform system analysis and identify improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Experience in project management or leading initiatives is a plus.
