Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Should be able to independently Conduct audits of projects.

·        Supervised Work on site based on Working Drawings, Ceiling Plans, Method Statements and Quality Plan

·        Inspect and Approve Material ranging from fabrics, furniture, wallpapers, stone, gypsum boards, access panels, paints, veneers, ironmongery etc.

·        Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations

• Performs in-process inspections (visual & dimensional).
• Conducting Quality Inspections after completion of work to double check quality and ensure everything is as per approved drawing or sample.
• Coordinating meetings between the General Contractor and the Consultant/Client to ensure quality is being maintained in accordance with the Consultant’s standards.
• Rejects nonconforming materials & components by segregating, labeling & quarantining the lots & Communicates & reports the nonconformity to supervisor.

·        Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis

·        Developing the O&M Manuals for various projects prior to their completion to streamline the closeout of the project and to initiate the Defect Liability Period.

• Monitor & maintain the critical measuring equipment & instrumentation to ensure proper operation.

·        Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met

• Evaluate problems & make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise.

·        Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives

·        Ensure to minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection where possible.
