Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance, Tax & Accounts Faculty to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs in financial management, taxation, and accounting. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of financial concepts, hands-on industry experience, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver curriculum covering finance, taxation, and accounting principles, including financial reporting, auditing, direct & indirect taxation, and corporate finance.
- Conduct interactive lectures, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for students.
- Create engaging study materials, assessments, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and taxation policies.
- Mentor and guide students in their career aspirations and help them build industry-relevant skills.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and other faculty members to improve course effectiveness.
- Provide timely feedback and assess students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Requirements:
- Education: CA/CPA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com or relevant qualifications in finance, taxation, and accounting.
- Experience: 3+ years of teaching experience or industry experience in finance, tax, and accounting sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, taxation laws, auditing practices, and corporate finance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- Prior experience in online or blended learning models is a plus.
