Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. The role will be based in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Guntur, or Amalapuram, and requires 1 to 3 years of work experience. The individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards synonymous with PVblink Technology Pvt Ltd.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) (Mandatory skill) - Ability to effectively manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction through professional service.
  • Technical Support (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in providing technical support and resolving client issues efficiently and promptly.
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Zendesk - Proficiency in using Zendesk to manage and respond to customer inquiries accurately and effectively.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud - Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud for client management and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting - Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving - Ability to analyze complex situations and provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Time Management - Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support and service to customers for PV inverters and renewable energy solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using troubleshooting techniques and technical expertise.
  • Maintain communication with clients to understand their service needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Document service activities, solutions provided, and customers' feedback for quality improvement purposes.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to feedback insights and suggestions for product innovation and improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of service requests and adhere to company quality and performance standards.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the latest technologies and trends in renewable energy solutions.
