- Erection and Commissioning of Concrete Batching Plant and concrete pumps incl. training to the operator during handing over.
- Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on concrete pumps by his own hands.
- Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
- Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems
- Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract.
- Convert parts sales from spares and service to achieve regional sales target.
