Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physics Faculty member for NEET and IIT JEE preparation at our Bangalore location. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of teaching experience. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NEET and IIT JEE aspirants through innovative teaching methods.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of Physics concepts (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in teaching NEET aspirants (Mandatory skill).
• Knowledge of NEET exam pattern and syllabus (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple manner, making them accessible for all students.
• Effective communication skills to engage with students and manage classroom dynamics.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster deep understanding and retention.
• Experience in conducting mock tests and assessments to evaluate and enhance student performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive physics curriculum tailored for NEET and IIT JEE preparation.
• Guide students through challenging subjects while fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Craft and administer mock exams to track student progress and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Adapt teaching methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and levels of comprehension.
• Work with students individually to address learning gaps and reinforce subject mastery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in NEET and IIT JEE syllabi and exam formats.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance instructional techniques and student experience.
• Provide periodic feedback to students and parents on progress and performance.
