Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in educational leadership and the ability to guide educational programs and initiatives effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong skills in academic program management to oversee and enhance the execution of educational plans (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in teacher training to ensure that instructional staff meets educational standards and development (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in curriculum development to design and update academic content that meets educational objectives.
• Ability in staff development, supporting the recruitment, training, and evaluation of educational staff.
• Competency in student assessment to gauge student performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Experience in budget management to efficiently allocate resources for academic programs and staff needs.
• Strategic planning skills to forecast educational trends, plan initiatives, and achieve institutional goals.
