Job Responsibilities of Social Media Mangaer.

• Discussion of Concept Calendar with the client and responsible Copy Writer and Designer.
• Maintaining Quality (Quality Control) for Posts and Descriptions.
• Proof Reading of social media creative, post descriptions, banners etc.
• Assisting Designers for better productivity & quality.
• Result oriented goal assigning and tracking, preparing report for the in the end of the month.
• Monitoring social media metrics and ROI.
• Growth Report sharing with the client.
• Time-bound implementation of marketing/Social Media strategies.
• Scheduling social media posts.
• Creating paid social media campaigns for advertising.
• Marketing research- Competition & similar businesses.
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
• Assisting the HR department with hiring and training new employees.
• Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of the monthly editorial calendar which includes monthly sales objectives and initiatives.
• Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity.
• Managing a social media content calendar.
• Managing written and visual content across several social media platforms.
• Increasing social media engagement across platforms.
• Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)—like link clicks, likes, and other metrics—of social media marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring and analysing trends and competitor performance.
• Collaborating with agencies and influencers to improve brand awareness.
• Overseeing junior social media marketing employees.
• Managing harmony within the team & organization for better productivity.

Qualifications- Graduation in any discipline

Experience of 6 month -1 yr is must.

Job location- Dehradun

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 15,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month
