Job Overview:

Pudami Builders is seeking an experienced Female Telecaller to engage with potential clients and provide information about our real estate projects. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support, preferably in the real estate sector. Strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide detailed information about real estate projects.
• Address customer inquiries, explain project details, and schedule site visits.
• Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and assist in conversions.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and update lead databases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support deal closures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Basic computer skills for managing lead data and reports.
