Candidate should be from Mechanical side and can be BTech (Mechanical)

2. Background from mineral grinding industry with knowledge of ball mill, Pulveriser and other related machinery required in operation of Plant.

3. Knowledge of Minerals mainly dolomite, khanda, soapstone.

4. Looking all operation like production and dispatch, labour, maintenance and other facilities of the plant

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the mineral grinding industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery (e.g., ball mills, pulverisers), and quality control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
