Job Overview

PSGR Krishnammal College For Women seeks a Mid-Level Assistant Professor in Commerce, located in Coimbatore. This full-time position requires a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of relevant experience. Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars in financial accounting and HR management to undergraduates and postgraduates.
• Develop and update the curriculum to incorporate emerging trends in commerce and industry needs.
• Supervise and guide students in their research projects, providing detailed feedback and academic guidance.
• Engage in quantitative research and publications to contribute to the field of commerce.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and college events to promote institutional values.

Experience:

 Assistant Professor - Minimum 5- 10 Years of Experience with Ph.D is Mandatory.

 Applicants should preferably hold a Ph.D in the relevant subject from reputed

Institutions.

 Should have sufficient experience in Teaching, Industry & Research in reputed Institutions.

 Should have research papers published in International / National Journals

 Should have books published and Scholars awarded / currently working for applicants with patents registered / consultancy works carried out will be given preference.
