Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at PRS Neurosciences. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, providing them with information about our company and services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems
• Ability to work well in a team
