We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support & Telemarketing Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our IT products/services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to generate leads through telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide product/service information and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Telemarketing & Lead Generation:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote IT services/products.
• Identify and generate sales opportunities through telecalling.
• Explain product benefits and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [English, Thamil&malayalam].
• Prior experience in customer support or telemarketing is a plus.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT services/products is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
