Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for Hiring the Sales Executives, Product Training and Motivating the Sales staff in generating business
• Prepare monthly working plan for sales teams , review weekly, monthly plan for DST /Branch .
• Manage Incremental Portfolio for Gold Loan for Branch
• Outdoor and indoor marketing Local activities and events
• Responsible for Sale Executive Productivity. The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.
• Sales reporting and MIS Management mechanism as per company standards
• Ensure the customer satisfaction. Ensure TAT times on approved and disbursed applications and vendor payments.
• Nurturing the talent within the team, promote and encourage team members to perform, achieve targets, earn incentive, achieve contests
• Responsible for creating a robust business model strong sales team for generating top line as well as bottom line growth YOY
• Cross selling, Audit and Compliance Management
