Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory compliance filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting operations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close process.
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
• Manage and mentor the accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management for improving financial results.
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with accounting software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and clients.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
