Job description:-
Candidate shall support the Clinical Excellence and Quality Assurance department at the District
Level and be responsible for devising and establishing Clinical Excellence and Quality Assurance
protocols, Standards and specifications in all partner Hospitals. S/he shall promote clinical
excellence, clinical outcomes and quality assurance related to clinical process for partner hospitals
and improve the clinical things.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop tools and checklist for clinical outcomes assessment in partner hospital in coordination
with the clinicians and management of hospitals.
2. Develop and implement clinical pathways in partner hospitals.
3. Periodical assessment of hospitals on Clinical Excellence and Quality Assurance protocols and
arrive at a score for the facility;
4. Identification of gaps in clinical services, develop action plan under the guidance of Medical
Director of Organisation.
5. Facilitate or conduct meetings for medical director and be a part of PR and Branding activities.
6. Ensuring that the hospital meets all clinical protocols and clinical outcomes are satisfactory.
7. Visiting all the partner hospital in city/ intercity on regular basis and performing clinical and
quality confidence exercise on regular basis.
8. Ensure Academics and research activities are carried out in partner hospital and have effective
implementation of the same.
9. Conduct and prepare reports along with action plan for all clinical excellence and quality
assurance
10. Being the TL for clinical pathways protocols development ad successful implementation.
11. Direct liasoning with Medical Director for Clinical Excellence and Quality Assurance and Business
Development.
Qualification:
Applicants must possess at least a graduation degree in MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Social Science/ Life
Science graduate along with Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management.
Experience:
Essential: Applicant must possess a minimum two year of experience in Public Health or Hospital
Administration.
Skills and Competencies:
(1) Sound knowledge on clinical audits and pathways.
(2) Knowledge of Government Legislations and policies are essential; (3) Must be having
experience on academics and research activities.
(4) Ready to travel on daily basis within city and interstate whenever required.
(5) Must understand the clinical outcomes protocols.
(6) Able to develop tools for clinical excellence achievement.
(7) Complete and strong knowledge of NABH.
(8) Knowledge of English and Hindi, both written and oral;
(9) Effective communication skills, with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and
build rapport with them.
(10) Computer proficiency and familiarity with database management programmes and
commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets, etc.
