Key Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality graphic designs for digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Create UI/UX designs and collaborate with developers for seamless integration with .NET and MVC frameworks.
• Utilize color theory, contrast, and visual balance to create aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
• Optimize color schemes and typography for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visuals for web applications and social media.
• Ensure that all designs follow best practices in color psychology, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and other industry-standard design tools.
• Strong understanding of .NET, SQL Server, MVC framework, and their application in web design.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development principles.
• In-depth knowledge of color psychology, contrast, and color harmony in design.
• Ability to select and apply effective color palettes that enhance brand identity and user experience.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
