Key Responsibilities

Ø Finance and Management:

Ø Finance manager to handle accounts & finance of the project

Ø Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of financial records for all real estate transactions and developments.

Ø Preparation of budgets and variance analysis

Ø Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ø Handling investors and bankers

Ø Prepare MIS and other relevant reports

Ø Team Management:

Ø Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.

Ø Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and ensure team development.

Ø Promote a collaborative work culture within the finance department and across the organization.

 

Ø Stakeholder Management:

Ø Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors as required.

Ø Coordinate with project managers and other departments to ensure the timely release of funds and accurate project costing.

Ø Maintain effective communication with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

 

Skills

Ø Strong knowledge of accounting principles and real estate financial practices.

Ø Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.

Ø Solid understanding of Indian tax laws, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.

Ø Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ø Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

Ø Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related qualification.

Ø Professional qualifications such as MBA – Accounts & Finance / CA (inter)/ CMA (Cost Management Accounting).

Ø Experience: Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2-3 years in a senior managerial role within the real estate or construction industry.

Ø Proven experience in handling the financials of a large-scale real estate projects, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
