Job Description

Outbound calling on leads generated or data provided by the Company.

Boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.

Budding clients to encourage visit to the property.

Ensuring the follow-ups by passing leads to appropriate team members with complete profile information, sources, etc.

Periodic training will be provided on the latest projects and launch including the sales pitch.

Addressing client’s uncertainties, grievances and provide suggestion on time.



Qualifications

Lead generation and sales skills

Excellent communication skills

Experience in RFP creation

Strong customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
