Job Description:

Propques.com, a prominent name in the coworking space consultancy industry in Lucknow, is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy In-Office Software Tester and Implementation Intern for a 90-day internship starting from August 21, 2023. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our marketing and sales automation efforts by identifying new tools, optimizing existing systems, and enhancing overall efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain insights into the marketing and sales processes, aiming to identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend innovative tools, software, and technologies that can revolutionize our marketing and sales strategies.
• Assist in the seamless implementation and integration of selected tools into our existing systems, ensuring functionality and compatibility.
• Work closely with the development team to meticulously test and validate new tools and automated processes.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of current tools, identifying potential improvements, and implementing enhancements to maximize performance.
• Document the testing and implementation procedures, configurations, and outcomes.
• Provide training and support to team members, empowering them to effectively utilize the new tools and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in marketing and sales automation, contributing fresh ideas and insights to the team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies and their application in automation and optimization.
• Basic familiarity with software testing methodologies, quality assurance processes, and testing tools.
• Knowledge of marketing and sales processes and concepts is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Quick learning ability, adaptability to new challenges, and self-driven work approach.

Compensation:

An attractive stipend ranging from ₹3000 to ₹5000 per month will be provided for the entire duration of the 90-day internship.
