Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Sales Manager for our coworking space in Delhi, responsible for overseeing the sales and operations of the centre. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality or sales industry, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience. As the community assistant , you will play a vital role in creating a thriving and collaborative community while driving sales and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new members and achieve occupancy targets.
- Generate leads, conduct tours, and follow up with potential clients to convert them into members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to promote retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking center, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace environment.
- Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping staff to address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for all members.
- Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, occupancy, and member satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on financial and operational performance for management review.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, implementing appropriate strategies.
- Community Engagement and Events:
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within the coworking space, encouraging collaboration and networking among members.
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for members, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Seek feedback from members and implement initiatives to continuously improve the coworking experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in the hospitality or sales industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Location Delhi
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for community events or to accommodate member needs.
