- Develop and manage the center's budget, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, occupancy, and member satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on financial and operational performance for management review.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, and implement appropriate strategies.
Community Engagement and Events:
- Foster a vibrant and inclusive community within the coworking space, encouraging collaboration and networking among members.
- Plan and execute community events, workshops, and networking sessions to enhance member engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for members, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Seek feedback from members and implement initiatives to continuously improve the coworking experience.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality or sales industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
