Position Overview:

As a Center Manager at Workviaa by Sapna Sangeeta Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our coworking space. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities, fostering a vibrant and welcoming community, and ensuring that our members have an exceptional experience. Key Responsibilities:

Member Relations:

1. Greet and assist members and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
3. Foster a sense of community by organizing events, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Operational Excellence:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
2. Ensure that all facilities and amenities are in good working condition.
3. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for necessary repairs and maintenance.

Sales and Marketing:

1. Promote the coworking space to attract new members.
2. Give tours to potential clients and highlight the features and benefits of Workviaa.
3. Assist with marketing initiatives and strategies to drive membership growth.
4. Financial Management:

6. Monitor and collect rent and other fees from members.
7. Ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining service quality.

Team Leadership:

Safety and Compliance:

Qualifications:
