JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales Associate

• Responsible for generating revenue through given sales leads.
• Calling prospective leads that are generated by internal/external sources.
• Scheduling and conducting regular meetings with the Customers/Clients &participating in events
• Understanding the need of customers and catering to their Requirements accordingly.
• Taking customers for project sites and getting site visit done and briefing on project USPs thoroughly.
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product launch.
• Report on sales activities to senior management
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with products and competitor
