We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader to join our client's team, with a focus on hunting role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology sales, an in-depth understanding of the companies that work in AI-First, Digital IT Services, Platforms, Business Processes domain, and a proven track record of business development and account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships by understanding business needs and delivering customized solutions.
· Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our services and platforms.
· Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
· Track, analyze, and report key sales metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, specifically in the insurance or healthcare or any other sectors for east or north cost areas.
· Strong knowledge of insurance/healthcare technology ecosystems, including Infrastructure, Cloud, and domain-specific BPM solutions.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
· Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
