Your Role: Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll help drive impactful digital campaigns across multiple platforms, optimize ad performance, and support key initiatives to achieve our growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to execute strategies for scaling campaigns and improving ROI.
• Assist in exploring and building new acquisition funnels to reduce CPL.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and create actionable reports.
• Contribute to client calls and provide insights for campaign improvements.
• Coordinate with intra-teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn ad platforms.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on optimizing campaigns and improving efficiency.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
